The Readiness Project uses accessible and actionable research and communications to suggest common language for the dynamic abilities people use every day; the high frequency skills, habits and attitudes (competencies) that make-up those abilities; the practices that support the development of those skill sets and mindsets and, the gaps and traps that stand in the way of putting those abilities and practices into effect.
