The National Governor Association is developing a State Policy Guide on Identifying Credentials of Value. The Aligning the Education and Training Pipeline to the Needs of the Economy Policy academy has fourteen states that participate. This initiative is managed and funded by the National Governor Association Center for Best Practices.
