Level-Setting and Recognition of Learning Outcomes

This study is a direct follow-up to the Third International Congress on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) which was held in Shanghai in 2012. It will inform the development of international guidelines on quality assurance for the recognition of qualifications based on learning outcomes.

Such guidelines will contribute to a better understanding of learning and to reinforcing the ways in which it can be valued and recognized.
