Connecting Credentials: Beta Credentials Framework uses competencies as common reference points to help users understand and compare the levels of knowledge and skills that underlie all credentials – including degrees, certificates, industry certifications, licenses, apprenticeships and badges. The framework is currently being field tested. Managed by Corporation for a Skilled Workforce and funded by the Lumina Foundation.
