Heroes to Healthcare (H2HC) is a non for profit organization that will assist in transitioning our active military into the civilian sector with gainful career opportunities in the HealthCare industry. H2HC will assist and identify best practices to employers seeking to hire veteran candidates and will take an active role in support of the candidates seeking employment in the HealthCare industry. Managed by Heroes to Healthcare and funded by the Michael Reese Health Trust.
