Veterans Licensing and Certification Demonstration Project

Veterans Licensing and Certification Demonstration Project involves 6 states who are developing and implementing accelerated pathways to civilian licensure in high-demand occupations for transitioning service members. The project supports cross-sector state teams to work with state licensing boards and community colleges to create pathways that avoid or reduce duplicative training for service members with relevant military training and experience. Managed by the National Governors Association and funded by the U.S. Department of Labor.
