Employer engagement remains the top priority in the field as we strive for a more connected, transparent and equitable credentialing system in the U.S. One-on-one co-sponsor interviews and our first-ever community survey confirmed the critical need to successfully collaborate with employers, as the primary consumer of credentials in the marketplace.
The webinar took place yesterday on March 15 and featured Dr. Amanda Opperman, Director of Competency-Based Solutions at Wonderlic. Dr. Opperman who moderated a panel of her employer partners and discussed the development of employer-backed soft skill badges, what employers value and the ins and outs of successful partnerships. As a developer of assessments and training solutions for employers, Wonderlic has close relationships with thousands of employers and has collected national survey data, which will also be shared.
